Quartz stone has excellent performance, but it does not mean that it can be used arbitrarily, and reasonable use and maintenance can prolong the service life of the countertop to the greatest extent.
First of all, do not place high temperature items directly or for a long time on the quartz stone surface. Such as baking pans, hot pots, etc. taken out from the oven or stove, too high temperature may cause damage to the quartz stone. It is recommended to place a thermal insulation pad on the quartz stone countertop.
Secondly, don't use the countertop as a cutting board. Be sure to put a cutting board on it when cutting vegetables. Although quartz stone is solid and durable, the accumulated cutting of ingredients will still leave scratches on the countertop.
After use, it must be cleaned up in time, so as not to leave water stains on the countertop. Because the water contains a lot of bleach and scale, if it is not cleaned for a long time, the color of the countertop will change and affect the appearance.
Finally, avoid direct contact with chemical products such as strong acids and alkalis on quartz stone countertops. Although quartz stone has high density and is resistant to acid and alkali, long-term exposure to acid and alkali products will still cause damage to the countertop and affect its service life.
